Time Off

Our policy

  • Flexible PTO — no fixed accrual cap; take what you need with manager approval
  • Minimum 15 days/year encouraged
  • 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays
  • Paid sick leave, separate from PTO
  • Parental leave — 16 weeks paid for all new parents

How to request

  • Submit your dates in the HR system at least 2 weeks ahead when possible
  • Your manager approves the request in the system
  • Add the dates to the shared team calendar
