◆ Our policy
- Flexible PTO — no fixed accrual cap; take what you need with manager approval
- Minimum 15 days/year encouraged
- 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays
- Paid sick leave, separate from PTO
- Parental leave — 16 weeks paid for all new parents
◆ How to request
- Submit your dates in the HR system at least 2 weeks ahead when possible
- Your manager approves the request in the system
- Add the dates to the shared team calendar
